WELCOME TO WARREN MILL
Overview
We're excited to launch our glamping experience in 2026! Set in a private, fenced-off area at the back of the farm, our glamping site offers views of the peaceful lake in front and friendly farm animals behind — the perfect countryside retreat.

What to Expect
Our glamping area will feature two spacious 6m bell tents, each accommodating up to 6 guests. While we cater for 4 as standard, you're welcome to bring extra sleeping bags for additional guests.
Each bell tent includes:

A proper wooden double bed with a mattress (no camp beds here!)

A sofa bed and coffee table

A wood-burning stove for warmth and basic pan cooking

Battery-powered/solar lighting

A portable power pack suitable for charging phones, tablets, and laptops (Please note: high-powered items like hairdryers will drain the battery quickly)
Each tent is set on its own wooden deck with a garden space, giving you a private, cosy setup to enjoy the outdoors.
Shared amenities
2 gas-powered showers
2 compost toilets (Mains water toilets are also available in the car park area if preferred)
Outdoor fire pit per tent — perfect for keeping warm or enjoying a BBQ
Communal shelter with seating and a table for meals, drinks, or downtime
Car park just a 4-minute walk from the glamping area (please get in touch if you need assistance)
Sauna access
As our guest, you’ll have exclusive use of the lakeside woodfired sauna outside of public opening hours.
If you'd like to use it during the day, simply book your slot through our website.
Please note, outside of open hours, the sauna will be self-service — so be sure to read our Terms & Conditions carefully before use.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for all our guests, please read and agree to the following terms before your stay.
Booking & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement from us.

Guests must be aged 18 or over to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.
WHat's included?
Each bell tent includes:
A wooden double bed, sofa bed, coffee table
Wood-burning stove with basic cooking capabilities
Solar/battery lighting and a portable power pack
Decking area, private fire pit, access to showers and compost toilets
Guest Responsibilities
Please leave the accommodation and facilities as you found them — clean and tidy.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
Only use the power pack for low-energy devices. Avoid hairdryers, kettles, or high-wattage appliances.
Fires & Safety
Only use the designated fire pits provided.
Fires must never be left unattended.
Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are provided — please familiarise yourself with their location.
Noise & Conduct
Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please be respectful of other guests and our wildlife.
No amplified music or parties are allowed.
Disruptive behaviour may result in your stay being terminated without refund.
Facilities & Toilets
Compost toilets and gas-powered showers are provided.
Mains water toilets are located at the car park and available for use.
Please use the facilities responsibly and report any issues promptly.

Unfortunately, we can't allow dogs for the safety of our farm animals.
Sauna use
Complimentary out-of-hours use (hours will be re-confirmed depending on peak times) for glamping guests.
Public sessions require booking via our website.
Guests are responsible for heating the sauna if used outside of open hours. See Sauna Terms & Conditions for full details.
cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund
Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or site maintenance). Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
